HOURS: Flexible during working hours (M-S; 9am – 6pm; off on National Holidays); average 15 hours weekly to start; hourly rate based on experience and drive to succeed at this position

*This job is intended to become a Full-Time position with a managerial title and appropriate pay raises to be discussed. Intend on remaining long-term, please.

LOCATION: Warren, MI & Virtual Office (May require travel within Metro Detroit)

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

Searching for an In-Person Assistant & Virtual Administrative Assistant in Warren, MI. The ideal candidate will have an interest in growing to become the Social Media Marketing Manager for all client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong social media skills and be able and willing to handle client accounts with the utmost professionalism. Creating content for Facebook, online website blogs, LinkedIn, and other platforms are REQUIRED tasks. Knowledge of Advanced SEO, Keyword Analysis and Google SERP HUGE PLUS.

Daily duties include monitoring work email, responding quickly to client demands, completing tasks as assigned by Owner both virtually and in the office. Errands may be required at times. Must have personal transportation and personal laptop.

Must have some skills in the following software:

  • Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • QuickBooks Online
  • General online banking
  • Easily able to navigate the internet through Google Chrome
  • Familiarity with drag and drop websites, lead-generation websites, and conducting online research

  • Highly self-motivated, efficient, focused, and creative in problem-solving.
  • Can attend to tasks swiftly once assigned and complete in a timely manner.
  • Has a humble personality and a desire to learn more about business.
